How to request deletionكيفية طلب الحذف

  1. Send an email to [email protected] from the address registered on your ONGO account, with the subject line "Delete My Account" (or message us on WhatsApp at +974 5050 9972 from your registered number). أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى [email protected] من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل في حسابك على ONGO، مع كتابة "حذف حسابي" في عنوان الرسالة (أو راسلنا عبر واتساب على +974 5050 9972 من رقمك المسجل).
  2. We verify the request against your registered email or phone number to confirm it's really you. نتحقق من الطلب عبر بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك المسجل للتأكد من هويتك.
  3. We process the deletion and confirm by email, no later than 30 days from your request. نقوم بمعالجة طلب الحذف ونؤكد ذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني، في موعد أقصاه 30 يوماً من تاريخ الطلب.

What gets deletedما الذي يتم حذفه

Your profile (name, email, phone number), saved addresses, saved payment methods, and booking history linked to your identity are permanently deleted from our active systems. يتم حذف ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف)، والعناوين المحفوظة، وطرق الدفع المحفوظة، وسجل الحجوزات المرتبط بهويتك بشكل نهائي من أنظمتنا النشطة.

Transaction and invoice records are kept for the period required under Qatari financial and tax record-keeping rules, disassociated from your profile where possible. Deleting your account cancels access to any active or upcoming bookings.
